At SomMed Simple, we stand behind the quality of our medical education content. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You purchased a paid course or subscription within the last 14 days.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You have a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, accidental purchase, content not as described).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free courses or trial access.
  • Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed or completed.
  • Purchases older than 14 days.
  • Digital downloads (PDFs, worksheets, etc.) once downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@sommedsimple.com .
  2. Include your full name, email used for purchase, order ID (if available), and reason for refund.
  3. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription:

  • You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery fees.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
